As I mentioned on another thread, I was told several times by different MLIFE personnel that the VIP lounges at the nicer properties ( Aria, Bellagio, MGM Grand, Mirage etc.) can only be accessed if you're 'coded' by a host to have those privileges or if you are a NOIR player.
