When offered, we usually purchase tickets for 'Preferred' seats which allow those ticket holders to enter and be seated before 'General' ticket holders. However, our most-recent visit was disappointing. For the most part we've always enjoyed ourselves.
My wife and I have been going to the BCF for several years. The food showed up within 10 min of the order being placed and it was gross and rubbery. The staff was flat out rude and unprofessional. So in heels, no coat, and a dress in December I got the pleasure of walking all the way around the building.
Biggest mistake ever!ġ.) They failed to notify the public club Safari would be closed for a private party and we were forced to sit in a conference room for hours before the show (no bar or entertainment).Ģ.)Ě crowd of us were insulted by Lee Roy the security guard telling us how “we should learn to read” even though the last 3 times I have been there, the policy regarding where to pick up tickets and what entrance to use has changed.ģ.)Ě simple restroom visit caused you to have to use the hotel front door exit and walk around the building to re-enter the conference room (which you also weren’t told before leaving the room). With the addition of club Safari we decided it would be fun to show up a couple hours early to have some drinks before the 11PM show. I’ve have been to a couple of shows here and have always managed to have a good time until NYE.
